About WCEI
Les Femmes Chefs D'Enterprises Mondiales FCEM was founded in France in 1945. The first Australian affiliate organisation WCEI began in Victoria in 1985.
Why?
To mentor, support and inspire women business owners and senior women in organisations as well as those who are aspiring to be at these levels.
How?
Through an active schedule of educational, knowledge sharing and networking events, at a local, national and international level, members and their guests are connected and empowered to learn from each and to support each other. Specialist guest speakers and expert panels often feature in our events, which inspires topical discussion and sharing of ideas on important and relevant subjects in our ever-changing business environments.
Rich long-lasting relationships are developed and genuine connections with like-minded women are established. Business learnings, failures and successes are shared. New contacts are made and new business relationships are established.
Through our international partnerships international networks are developed by our members and opportunities for learning in a global setting.
Members have access to our private Facebook Group and are kept informed of opportunities and events through regular communications and our website.

Membership by Nomination and Invitation
Membership is by invitation only. Proposed new members must be nominated by a current WCEI member and approved by their relevant resident State or Territory member committee.
