I am a strategy advisor helping entrepreneurs take control of growth as they upscale from 7 to 8 figures, by putting in place the right strategy, management tools and structure. My philosophy is that your business should be an enabler of a better life, rather than something that tethers you to it. I support small business CEOs who are navigating the challenges of growth, to take back control of their business and their life, get out of overwhelm and move ahead.

Throughout my career I have had several CEO roles including running a publicly listed company. I have also established three of my own consultancies over the last thirty years. This has enabled me to fully understand my clients and what they are dealing with as they grow their companies into more valuable entities.
