Rhyll Gardner is a chair, board director, management consultant and executive coach building on 35 years of executive leadership roles across finance, banking and wealth management with St.George, Westpac, Bank of Queensland and Suncorp.  Additionally, Rhyll currently serves and has served on several boards as a non-executive director over the last 15 years including Interfinancial Corporate Finance Ltd, IBSA Ltd, Evidn Pty Ltd, St Margaret’s School, and Expressions Dance Company.

Rhyll holds commerce and economics degrees from the University of Queensland, Masters degrees in Arts and Applied Finance from Macquarie University, and the Global Executive MBA from INSEAD. She is a past recipient of the Finsia Hugh D T Williamson Scholarship for excellence in financial services, and a former finalist in the Telstra Business Women’s Awards. She is also a graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course and a former participant in the Chairs Mentoring and Director Nexus Program.
