Michele Blanshard – CEO – Magentus Practice Management; Board Member – Medical Software Industry Association Australia (MSIA)

Michele is a highly experienced c-suite, general management and marketing & sales executive and currently the CEO of Magentus Practice Management, Australia’s leading provider of software for medical specialists. The past 20 years has seen her in various roles within the healthcare industry, including Johnson & Johnson and Medtronic. Michele also started and grew a baby & children’s wholesale distribution company which she successfully sold. During the time of owning this SME she also developed a patented a baby product to reduce the risk of plagiocephaly, commonly known as flat-head syndrome. Michele is known for her ability to develop outstanding leaders and building a truly diverse and inclusive workforce. With a philosophy underpinned by collaboration and service to community, she is a passionate advocate for healthcare initiatives. Michele’s corporate governance skills have been honed through experience as a board member with Johnson & Johnson Medical as well as with the industry board of the Medical Technology Industry Australia (MTAA) and several NFPs.
