| Members loved our champagne tasting with Bernadette O’Shea at Belle Epoque at Emporium Hotel South Bank last year. It was one of our more popular events of the year. Now we are hosting another fabulous champagne event with Emporium owner and WCEI member Francine John. This time the tasting will be a COVID safe seated affair featuring canapes and Charles Heidsieck champagne tasting with Bernadette in the hotel’s beautiful Signature Restaurant. Bernadette is a celebrated champagne consultant and educator who has been saluted by France’s finest champagne makers. She has been inducted as a Dame-Chevalier of the L’orde des Coteaux de Champagne and was a Dame Officier of the order in 2010 and in 2014 appointed “Dame Chambellan”. |
