3. Prawn in XO sauce (no shell)
4. Kwai Fei Kai – ginger chicken
5. Steam coral trout
6. Black Pepper beef
7. Longevity – vegetarian dish
8. Lotus Leaf Glutinous Rice
9. Red Bean soup dessert
Included will also be plentiful supply of Chinese pancake, white rice, and Chinese tea.
