Join WCEI NSW in an extraordinary culinary experience at The Restaurant Pendolino

Please join us in a private room in The Restaurant Pendolino for a special night of beautifully crafted Italian cuisine alongside Pendolino’s highly-awarded wine list. Our hosts will be Celebrity Chef, Lyndey Milan OAM, our very own member along with Pendolino Sommelier, Julia Stolfa.

The Restaurant Pendolino specialises in regionally inspired Italian cuisine with acclaimed pasta dishes daily. Perched on level two of the historic Strand Arcade, The Restaurant Pendolino is an award winning restaurant.  Under the skilful guidance of Executive Chef/Proprietor Nino Zoccali Pendolino features some of Australia and Italy’s most prestigious food and wine products.

On arrival enjoy a glass of sparkling wine followed by four shared courses that are paired with a selected wine for each course.

Courses include the Bannockburn Free Range Farm Hen & Medicinal Mushroom Involtino and the Cavallo Nero Risotto, Endeavour Prawns, Acoya Pearl Butter served with a complimentary wine.

Finish with Chocolate Extra Virgin Olive Oil Truffles accompanied by tea & coffee.
